Retention and confidentiality

Working files are kept only for a stated purpose and period. Client ideas, plans, budgets, evidence and drafts are treated as confidential.

Human-led AI use

Matt personally leads and reviews the work. Any AI assistance is narrow, controlled and subject to the agreed data boundary.
