How personal information is handled.
Matthew Jonathan Simmonds trading as Matt Writes Bids is responsible for enquiry, contract, billing, relationship, security and business records for Unlimited.
Information and purposes
Names, work contact details, instructions, approvals, invoices and supplied project material are used only where needed to answer enquiries, deliver the service, keep records and protect accounts.
Client material
Where a client supplies personal information solely for funding research, drafting or review, the client is normally controller and Matt acts as processor under the signed terms.
Providers, transfers and AI
Only suitable contracted providers may support the service. Client confidential or personal information is not entered into generative AI unless the tool, protections, disclosure and client instruction permit it.
Rights and contact
Applicable access, correction, deletion, restriction and objection requests can be sent to matt@artsfunded.com. Individuals may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
