Research outputs are designed to keep sources attached. Users should open the source, check that it supports the claim and confirm that the information is current before submission.

AI should remove barriers, not judgement

The platform can help with structure, access and administrative load. It should not invent evidence, impersonate lived experience or replace the applicant's decisions.

Proportionate use

ArtsFunded aims to use AI where it provides a practical benefit and to avoid unnecessary generation. Clearer inputs, shorter review loops and reusable project information reduce repeated work.
