I'm an artistic director and fundraiser who's spent years on both sides of grant applications. I've seen how much energy artists and organisations pour into forms, and how heavy the process can feel.
That's why I built ArtsFunded: to take the stress out of grant writing and give people their time back. Every feature has been shaped by real applications, real feedback, and real creative practice.

Do I really get a free preview?

Is my data private?
Yes. Everything is encrypted in transit and at rest. Nothing you write is reused to train public models, and your drafts stay in your account until you delete them.
How do credits work?
Credits live in your wallet. You see the cost before you click anything, and nothing deducts until the output is saved or exported. You also get one free Project Summary preview to check quality before spending a credit.
Where does the model's writing style come from?
ArtsFunded is built only on first-party, permissioned data: Arts Council/funder guidance and a small set of example applications shared with explicit consent (including the founder's own work). We never scrape, ingest, or train on public archives or third-party collections. No artist's application is used without their knowledge or consent.
Do credits expire?
No. Use them whenever you're ready to apply.
Which funders are covered?
Live now: ACE Project Grants under £30k, ACE Project Grants £30k-£100k, National Lottery Awards for All across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, People's Postcode Lottery community funds, Creative Scotland, National Lottery Heritage Fund, PRS Foundation Open Fund for Music Creators, PRS Foundation Composers' Fund, Elephant Trust, D'Oyly Carte Charitable Trust, Fidelio Charitable Trust, and Theatres Trust Small Grants. DYCP is visible for planning but currently paused. PRS Foundation International Showcase Fund, Hitmaker Fund, and POWER UP are planned as coming-soon routes. Each live route has its own tailored questionnaire and prompt stack.
Where does the evidence come from?
Evidence Builder pulls UK public data (e.g. ONS and reputable sector sources) and cites everything automatically.
What if my text is too long?
Use the Condenser to trim any answer to exact word or character limits while keeping your tone and meaning intact.
