Priorities include eastern Merton, new audiences, co-creation, grassroots creatives and free or low-cost public activity. Match support recommended, no fixed percentage. One online form plus emailed workbook and supporting files. Two referees, up to five work samples and up to eight supplementary pages. Applicant supplies risk assessment, relevant insurance and safeguarding policy. The current live introduction resolves stale 2025 footer dates. Budget has illustrative data and a missing in-kind total; check these manually. Published payment percentages total only 90%: confirm with council rather than assuming the balance.
